The secret to making crispy fries - the best recipe for chips

Everybody has wanted to know the secret recipe for crispy and delicious fries. Pay all your attention for a few seconds in this article.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into stricks and soak in cold water for two hours. (Starch will get out of potatoes).

After 2 hours we leave the sticks and we dry them with paper towels.

During is time we heat the olive oil and when the oil is hot we put the strips in small batches, fry for about 4 minutes.

Now we remove and dry the halves cooked chipss on paper towels. Finally, we cook again chips in olive oil until golden and crispy. Finally the chips are removed from the fryer or pan. Finally add salt.

Enjoy fried with garlic mayonaisse Ajonesa a creamy mayonnaise with a light garlic taste.
