Here is a simple and quick recipe (15minutes) to prepare a turron mousse that you can eat in winter or in summer.
Ingredients for 3-4 people
- 300 gr. Soft Turron (of jijona)
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml. Cream for dessert
- Almond liqueur or cointreau.
Preparation 30 minutes
1- Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
2- Cut the turron into small pieces
3- Place the turron in a blender to crush the turron cream and egg yolks until the cream is smooth.
4- Add a few drops of almond liqueur or Cointreau liqueur.
5- Whisk until cream smooth and soft.
6- Pour into a bowl the preparation.
7- Place the white snow egg whites.
8- Incorporate the cream with the white snow eggs and ensure that the snow white does not fall.
Price per person 2,40 €- 2,10 pounds
Pour into glasses or ramekins and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
