Recipe of the Jijona turron cream

Here is a simple recipe for turron lovers, creme recipe will serve you to fill pastries

Ingredients for 6 people

- 225 gr Jijona turron (soft)
- 375 ml. 33% fat whipping cream
- Ice sugar 1 tablespoon and a half


1- Chop the Jijona turron into small pieces in a bowl, add the icing sugar, mix well and reserve for later. Put the cream in a saucepan and when it starts to boil, remove from the heat and pour slowly on the turret.

2- Mix with a wooden stick, until the turron becomes liquid (there will probably remain a few pieces of almonds without discarding).

3- Let cool and cover with a plastic film and insert in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours. Raise the cream with electric mixer 2-3 minutes.
