Romesco sauce recipe

The Noras (is pronounced niora) are small red peppers, sun-dried - This sauce is perfect to add to your dishes. Here is a delicious recipeo f this sauce native of Tarragona.

Ingredients: 

- 2 or 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 Noras (buy ñora here) 
- 15 g toasted almonds
- 15 g toasted hazelnuts
- 1 small slice of toast
- 250 gr of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g of vinegar,
- Red paprika
- 1 pepper and salt

Preparation 

Firstly rehydrate the Noras for 4-5 hours, when they are well soaked, we remove the seeds and skin and just keep his pulpit.
- Bake in the oven Tomatoes between 15 and 20 minutes and add in the middle of cooking whole garlic with its skin.
- Then Peel the tomatoes and garlic, remove the seeds from the peppers.
- Set aside the flesh, peeled almonds and hazelnuts
