Easy Recipe cannelloni

In Catalonia the cannelloni acquired a particular protagonist over time, and you can even find them on Sundays in the tables, many Catalan families. In the early nineteenth century, the cannelloni were a delicacy that were only served in the haute cuisine of the bourgeoisie, but gradually the dish became popular. Here is the easy cannelloni recipe.

Ingredients for 2 persons with 30 minutes duration and 10 cooking:
- 8 sheets of cannelloni, 
- 250 gr. ground pork,
- Half an onion,
- 1 glass of brandy, 
- tomate frito sauce,
- Grated cheese,
- Salt, pepper, olive oil. 

For the béchamel, duration 15 minutes
- 250 ml of milk,
- Pat of butter,
- A tablespoon of flour,
- Olive oil,
- Salt and pepper, nutmeg.

Preparation, duration 30 minutes:
 In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the pork so that it crumbled. Salt and pepper. When the meat is lightly browned, add the chopped onion. Add brandy after 2 minutes, then add half a glass of water. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. When the water has evaporated, remove from heat.

To prepare the bechamel sauce in a pan, heat a little olive oil and butter. Add a tablespoon full tablespoon of flour and leave lightly toasted. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Light the fire and then incorporate slowly adding milk until the dough is formed and is perfectly smooth. In a rectangular mold pour the bechamel for the background and leave enough for later.

Add a few tablespoons of bechamel sauce to the meat until the texture of the meat is juicy. Then add a few tablespoons of tomato frito sauce. We start filling cannelloni plates, with a strip of ground meat on the plate and which is wound. Place in As the cannelloni in the mold.

When we finished putting the remaining béchamel sauce and top with cheese. Place in the oven to brown. When the cheese is melted, it is cooked and ready to serve.
