Patatas bravas recipe (The real one)

- 1 liter olive oil
- 4 large potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into 2cm cubes.

In boiling water (without salt) cook the potatoes into cubes, for 4 minutes, and take out the potatoes.

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet to fry the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Then increase the heat in the maximun to finish frying the potatoes for 2 minutes.

Remove the potatoes and add a little salt. And add to it the Salsa Brava.

Cost per person: 0,50 € or 0,4 £



Note: The potato shall be yellow with the edges a little fried.
