A quick and easy recipe that needs no oven. An original idea for people lacking inspiration.
Preparing the biscuit base:
Melt 40g butter in a bowl, without boiling. Remove from heat and add the contents of the bag base mixture (crushed crackers). Cover the bottom of the mold using a spoon, so that it is uniformly distributed. Leave it in the refrigerator or freezer for the preparation of the mousse.
Preparation of the Mousse :
Dissolve the contents of the foil pouch with 250 ml of cold milk. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread the mixture over the base and prepared and smooth the surface with a spatula or spoon. Leave it in the refrigerator or freezer for the preparation of syrup.
Preparation of the syrup:
Dissolve the contents of the syrup bag, lemon flavor in 70 ml of water, with a fork. Spread on top of cake.
Instructions for unmold:
Leave the cake in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving. Pass the tip of a knife around rim of pan before unmolding. Carefully separate the sides of the pan and the cake is ready to serve.
NB : You can also place the cake in the freezer (up to two hours) for a delicious ice cream cake. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
