Russian salad is a simple and perfect recipe for an appetizer or eat for dinner.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g of potatoes,- 200g carrots- 3 eggs- 150 g canned peas,- 150 grams of canned tuna in oil,- Mayonnaise
 - Salt- Canned peppers
 - Olives
Boil the potatoes and peeled carrots with a little salt. During this time boil the 3 eggs for 12 minutes.
When everything is cooked, remove the hot water and put cool water (eggs and potatoes and carrots). 
In a large bowl, cut into small dice the potatoes and carrots and mash slightly with a fork.  
Dice the white eggs. Book yellow egg decorating to finish.  
Add
 the peas (without water), tuna without oil, olives and a few slices of pepper. 
Add sufficient mayonnaise with a little salt in the bowl. We mix everything together and decorate with some pepper slices and sprinkled yellow eggs on the salad. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving very cold.Cost per person  0.70€ or 0,50£
